Hi Everyone, The Hancock County Convention & Visitors Bureau is planning a Fall Festival at Tomlinson Run State Park on 20 October 2001. The day will begin at 11 a.m. and last until 6:30 or later. Activities are to be held near the Goofy Golf Course and are planned for the entire day. These include projects for adults and children, a demonstration on cooking with and using herbs, draft horses working, a display on wool from the sheep to the finished project, old time machines, music during the day and displays of various types. The day will finish with bagpipes, a campfire done by the Boy Scouts complete with story tellers. It is hoped that enough interest will be generated to make it an annual event. If you live in this area please plan to attend.
