date of death 04-08-1966 Henry Allen Lovett, 52, of 96 Grant St., Newell, a potter, dropped dead this morning about 7:55 on the 300th block on Harrison St., Newell. He had reported to work at the Homer Laughlin China Co. and became ill and was sent home. Death was attributed to an apparent heart attack. He was born Oct. 23, 1913, in Omar, W. Va., a son of Mrs. Bessie Lovett, who resides at the home, and the late Luther Lovett, who died in 1963. He worked in the clay shop of the china company and was a member of Local 141 of the IBOP. In addition to his mother, he leaves a brother, Thomas Lovett of Cleveland; six sisters, Mrs. Burgess (Eva) Staley of Ruttman, Ohio, Mrs. Ora Curtis and Mrs. John (Kathryn) Pauch, both of Indianapolis, Ind., Mrs. Troy (Ruth) Clay of Cleveland, Mrs. Chester (Georgia) McKenzie of Huntington, W. Va., and Mrs. Alfred (Juanita) VanFossen of East Liverpool. Services will be held Monday at 1 p.m. at the Chester Arner Funeral Chapel by the Rev. B. E. McDonald of the LaCroft Church of the Nazarene. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, Pughtown. Friends may call at the chapel Saturday and Sunday.
