Mrs. Dora Belle Jones, 88, of Metz Rd., Columbiana, a former resident of Chester, died Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the East Liverpool Extended Care Center after a lengthy illness. She was born in Pughtown, now New Manchester, May 12, 1884, a daughter of Max S. Huff and Mary Allison Huff. She was a member of the Christian Church in Chester and attended the Colmubiana Christian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Jones, in 1930. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. John (Elma) Kalin, with whom she resided; a son, Homer Allison of Chester, a brother, Charles Huff of Chester RD !; a sister, Mrs. Eunice McNeil of Chester, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Chester Chapel of the Arner Home for Funerals by the Rev. Clarence Mansfield of the Columbiana Church. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, New Manchester. Friends may call the chapel Friday afternoon and night.
