Brand M.D. Chester WV Jean, I'm not sure where the cemetary is, but we do not have any in West Virginia, close to Newell with that abbreviation. East Liverpool, Ohio is just across the Ohio River and it is in Columbiana County. Sound like it could be Columbiana Memorial Park, but I don't know the names of the cemetaries there.
