    3. Mike, I am researching the PARKER family of Hampshire and Mineral Counties. I was at Hampshire Co. on Monday doing research at the Courthouse and library. I understood from information at the Courthouse that one would have to order copies of the Microfilmed Records from Charleston. They would NOT be available in Romney for viewing or copy for there is NO Reader for the Microfilm at the Courthouse. Sure hope I will be able to access them in some manner. I live in Allegany Co. MD.
