    2. Douglas Armstrong
    3. I am looking for a Death Certificate for one Joseph W. Pierce who died July 19, 1891 in Lehew, Hampshire County, West Virginia. Yesterday I visited the County Courthouse in Romney and they didn't seem to have much. Would appreciate any helpful hints. Douglas R. Armstrong
