Looking for anything on Peter Steenbergen. He was a Revolutionary War Soldier. He ran a General Store and Tavern in Romney. One of his sons was in politics in Virginia. William Steenbergen. My connecting son is Robert Pendleton Steenbergen. He moved first to Mercer Co. Kentucky and then finally to Barren County, Kentucky. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I understand there is a ledger from his business in the archives of the University of West Virginia. I found it on their Library collection page.
