    3. Gary, Not sure if this will help you or not but somewhere I read that a wagon train left Hardy Co in late 1790's with many families bound for Keokuk County, Iowa. This is across the Mississippi River (I think) from Illinois. There is a history book written about Keokuk and Hardy County settlers were said to be industrious, hard working, etc. I'm sorry this is so vague. BTW, I could not get into the web site. I got to Edward Radcliff but couldn't find the link to the colony. Do you have any more specifics?
