She was born in 1900 and married the Reverend Victor Carl Decker. She had 9 children, Leona (Herk), Eloise, Vernon, Donald (Jack)Loretta, Grace, Howard, Victor Jr.(Dickie)(my father) & Lelia. They owned a home on Rt. 46 between Keyser and Fort Ashby. I'm not sure if this address is Mineral county or Hampshire county. My grandparents moved around a bit because he was a minister. But it was mainly in W.Va. At the time of her death in 1969, they lived at the house on RT 46. I am looking for any information on her family. I was told that her parents names were James and May or Mae (Simpson) Anderson and I do know that she had at least one brother, Charles? called Bud Anderson who lived only a few houses from them on Rt. 46.
