I remember in about 1956 when employed as a correspondent for for the Cumberland Times a young guy wrapped his car around a tree down near South Branch and was killed. I was also working at Melvin Dickens Orchard at the Levels and asked how far down the road did the accident happenand said I was going down and get the story. Somehow I got a camera and took a picture. Seems the engine even came out of the car. What a young reporter didn't do for a story. ----------------------------------------------------- Bill Pyles, Titusville, FL, wpyles@crl.rr.com and new area code, 321-269-9534.
