That didn't transmit in a very readable form. Jumping Branch was listed as being in Summer Co., WV; it's a populated place, a stream, a school, a valley, a P.O., and a dam, and all on their Hinton WV map. The numbers are latitude and longitude. Best to go to the GNIS site.
