    3. No, Herman and I do not disagree. I remembered the original question dealing with "United Brethre.n" The answer came back about checking the early Methodist histories. I think the query had to do with the "Brethren" group founded by Otterbein and I do not think early Methodist history would have contained any information on those early Brethren or United Brethren ministers. The UB church became EUB around 1946 and lost the brethren name altogether in the 1960's when they merged with the Methodists to become The United Methodists.
