I'll take a guess what Patterson family. Lancaster Co,Pa had a family of Indian traders named Patterson. Same family had Col Robert Patterson, very early to Ky-1775- and founder,or co-founder of Lexington,Ky,and Cincinnati,Ohio 1789, and Dayton,Ohio 1796. His son formed the huge Dayton firm of National Cash Register.
