First, of all let me say thank you to several for the responses to my questions today! You are a most helpful group of folks. As to question number 4 the other descendant I have just located said that the John McCulloughs lived on the POTOMAC ? So she did not know for sure. It could be information that has been handed down or it could be on the South Branch. At least with an enlarged map showing creeks, I thought this would be a good place to continue my search.
