Jane, Thank you for this information. I know that my greatgrandfather used to work on this orchard also. His name was Ernest McBride. Edward Miller had a sister named Susan Rebekah. She was Ernest's mother, and I know that she lived in Slanesville. I also know that Edward Miller was living in Hampshire County in 1907.
