The newspaper listings are deceptive. If the words you are looking for are on the same page it comes up as a match. In the case of Sidney Sale the newspaper article was from Petersburg VA date 29 Aug 1869 and it was about a "Sale of lots in Hampton Sidney". "Zorina A.
