    3. The Mill Creek in Burlington runs down from Knobley to Patterson's Creek in Burlington. The Mill Creek in Romney runs from Junction through Mill Creek Mtn to South Branch at Romney. And the Old Fields is actually at Purgittville through Mill Creek Mtn to about Pancake into South Branch. I think this one is called Mill Creek. And Mill Creek at Gerardstown. And Mill Run at Johnson. ....and many more... -dan -----Original Message----- From: Genie [mailto:genielists@yahoo.com] Sent: Tuesday, February 10, 2004 12:19 AM To: WVHAMPSH-L@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [WVHAMPSH-L] Where is Mill Creek? Here's the only current Mill Creek listed in Hampshire Co. by the USGS's GNIS site. I'm sure it wasn't the only one throughout history though, since all those old mills were built on creeks/runs/streams etc. Feature Name: Mill Creek Feature Type: stream State: West Virginia County: Hampshire USGS 7.5' x 7.5' Map 392008N 0784705W Romney 391805N 0785230W Burlington 391439N 0785737W Old Fields __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
