You can order copies of any documents from the WV Archives--they charge a $10 search fee for any request (this covers two names/documents and I believe a minimal number of photocopies), plus pages copied in excess of whatever their minimum is (sorry, can't remember this aspect...). I found their service quite fast and professional (only tried them once so far).
