Jean, What evidence do you have to support Benjamin Brady's wife's name as Barbara Dunlap? I have also seen her name listed as Barbara Miller. But no one with whom I have corresponded seems to have the evidence to support any of these names! From his Rev War pension application, we know that Benjamin Brady was born in York Co., PA, 14 April 1761. I would love to know who Benjamin Brady's parents were. His pension application says he moved to Loudoun Co., VA in 1765 where he lived until he joined the militia. Then he lived in Winchester, Frederick Co., VA for 4 years after his discharge. He moved to the Cumberland, MD area when he received acreage in return for his Rev War efforts. His oldest known child was born in 1784.
