Greetings one and all. Today I made a trip to one of the "Back-40" cemeteries. This one was located just in the Hampshire Co. line near Paw Paw. There were several different families buried there, and it didn't appear to be a family plot as it was behind an old church out in the woods. http://members.citynet.net/rwayne/hampco/eubulus.htm There was a fence at one time around these markers, but most of it has fallen down by time. There was quite a bit of space dedicated for this cemetery as by the boundary of the fence, but I guess because of the location, not too many people wished to be buried here. I did was the fenced in area to make sure there wasn't anymore markers, and I couldn't find any. This Sunday, I will be going with my granddaughter to Green Springs and Springfield. In Green Springs each Halloween the make of one of the older houses as the "Haunted House". One the grounds of this house there is a cemetery if I remember right. I don't think it was a fake one for the "Haunted House", but Stevie-Lee and I will find out on Sunday. Have a night. We will be taking the kids out to see "Santa Clause II" tonight. Tomorrow I have an all day meeting in Petersburg dealing with the local Ruritan, but I may send out a note before I go to bed on Saturday. Later.
