VA/WV. This from Rev Pension Application dated 1818 in Clinton Co. OH listed in Soldiers of American Rev. V2 9733D. It was stated that he had a son named Thomas SPENCER,and lived 7 mi above Wheeling in Inhabitants of Public Lands Below Mouth of Great Miami, Dec 27, 1799. I am trying to find parents of my Thomas SPENCER b abt 1796 who lived in Brooke Co. VA/WV appearing in 1830 and 1840 Census and 1850 Census in Wyandot Co. OH.and later in Polk Co. IA.
