Supposedly he lived around Hanging Rock (I have notation that this in Hampshire County - correct?) and died there between 1810-1820. His widow Elizabeth Wood Douglass shows up in the Greenup County, Kentucky census of 1820. Does anyone know anything more about him? We believe he was born in Ireland or Scotland (conflicting responses). Thanks so much!
