My suggestion would be to contact the editor of "Hampshire History" (correct name) via e-mail on the Hampshire Review web page. I did that seeking the identity of a contributor of photos, etc., of people in my family tree which appeared in an earlier "Hampshire History." After a couple of weeks or so, she e-mailed me back with the name and address--she, no doubt, checked with the contributor for their approval before giving out their identity.
