Does anyone know the history of the MESSICK Farm on South Branch River? It is located about 2-3 miles south of Green Springs/Oldtown. I believe it is the second bottom ground going up the South Branch River. - How do I drive there from Springfield? - I understand there are 2 or more graveyards there, any info? - Are there graveyard listing? - I heard one graveyard either on FRENCH's Neck or up river on the MESSICK Farm has a Civil War graveyard of Fairfax/Loudon Co VA soldiers.
