John High Vaughan and his wife Rebecca were the parents of Joshua Burwell Vaughan who married Mary Jane Anderson. I believe from cemetary records that John Vaughan was born around 1783 . He was buried along with his wife in the Old Stone Church cemetary in Lewisburg. Does anyone know anything about the origins of this family. I believe that John was the first of his family in Greenbrier County. Any help is appreciated Alison
