Hello listers, It just goes to show that I have so much information, that I have no idea what I have. :-) I just found a biography for this Andrew Hutchison McClung in Vol 30 McClung Family Journal 1995. I notice that some good information has come through the list, and Juhling about this person, who I could not find several days ago. I will try to compare that information and see if I can add anything to that information. If anyone would like this biography scanned, let me know. Course I know that I can not send to list, but will have to send it personally to whomever wants it. Please specify which resource I found it in, when making a request. I do notice that the info in the biography says that he was a Capt. of Co. G, 79th Va. military, Confederate service, war between the states. He was sixteen years justice of the peace in Meadow Bluff District, and was 12 years postmaster at Big Clear Creek, Greenbrier Co. WVA.
