Wv.We are right beside Giles Co. I looked in the old Giles phone book and there are no listings of any Bramham or Napier. Also looked in Monroe Co. I looked in Greenbrier Co.WV. ( On the border with Va) and there are about 14 different phone # of Napier's I don't know any of them but it is a big group in the one area near Va. Hope this may help.
