I have the children of George Whitman (date of birth unknown but he died before 1865 and fathered at least 7 children) and his wife Mary Watts Perkins. One of their sons was William Riley Whitman born 1856, I have William married to Ida Lou Holley. I do not know who George Whitman's parents were.
