Dear Listers Can anyone tell me if there is a library at Morgantown University.I plan to go down there Friday. If not I guess the next best place is Charlestown. Did the flooding hit Charlestown??? If it did can I still get to the capitol?????? Thank you for your help. Marjorie in Akron, Ohio
