The Pioneer Family History Preservation Society has created a new website at myfamily.com. We expect this site to help serve the genealogical needs of central WV family researchers. This fully interactive, password protected site will allow members to communicate, share research, photos, post queries, family trees, and much more. Success of the site depends on member's participation. Members post their own content and are encouraged to cite sources so information can be easily verified. Members are expected to participate and those who fail to visit the site on a regular basis (at LEAST every two months) will be deleted. This is a family friendly site and monitored so inappropriate content or behavior will not be tolerated. Membership is open to everyone and while our main focus will be central WV we do not limit the scope of the site just to that geographic area and we encourage members to explore their early families who migrated from other areas of West Virginia and the US.
