    1. [WVGREENB] Sarah (Sally) Davis Flack
    2. Fallsburg Clarks
    3. Hi, saw a mention of Davis and thought I would try mine again. Sarah (Sally) Davis was probably born c 1800-1805 and it seems likely she was born in Greenbrier. She married Samuel Flack there 15 August 1822, and after bearing several children, died by 1834, as Sam married Catherine Rookstool. As with many other researchers, I have a family tradition of being told we were part Indian, in my case through my great grandmother Ledonia Persinger, who said her mother was a full blood Indian. Well, her mother was Sarah Davis, so she has always been someone very important to my search, and the, hardest to discover who she was! Is anyone else interested in Davis in Greenbrier, and/or have a similiar tradition?
