Can anyone lead me to a website that possibly has an 1870 Summers County, WV census? Does anyone know of one that is maybe printed? Does anyone know of anyone willing to do a lookup? I am looking for Judith (Judy) Bragg living with or near Ira BRAGG ( he was her grandson) .They were reportedly in the Richmond Falls area during 1872-1873. She would possibly be somewhere between 90 and 110 years old....don't laugh...at one point she gave her age as 106 years in 1872 :-) Possible that she remarried and kept that little bit of information from the Federal Govt when trying to get a War of 1812 Pension for her husband Joseph Bragg who died in 1836-which was denied because she could not prove "continued widowhood".
