    3. I need a geography "expert." I found a reference to my (I think) Thomas Henning in Augusta Co. records. "1798 -- insolvents and delinquents [tax] list: Thos. Henning removed to Kenowha." My question: would "removed to Kenowha" be a reasonable notation if he'd actually moved to Greenbrier Co.? Does anyone know if Kenowha was a general area or just the specific county? Of course, he could have gone west to Greenbrier and the grapevine rumor could have said Kenowha, which was beyond Greenbrier. Lynne Hundley PS -- Now, why didn't they teach this kind of geography in school???? That would have been useful (grin).
