Hi, I'm planning a trip to Charleston - is there an Historical Society in the area? I'm searching for info in the late 1790's. My ancestor (Norman McLeod) ended up in Gallia cty, Ohio (first records about 1800). I believe he may have married in Va before arriving in Ohio. Thanks Linda M. Dillon, California
