Hello Julie, It is my understanding that we who host county web pages - are here to help family researchers. And since the person has an ancestor who lived in your county - she has every right for that link to her web page. Rootsweb does not allow posting of any sales without permission. And clearly you do not advertise her sales on your rootsweb site. But wherever "she" maintains her site - she must follow the rules of her ISP or contract. I think the problem extends beyond the sales - and perhaps it's a 'personality conflict'. Sorry, but I think you need to bite the bullet and add her link.
