I received the following message this morning from a researcher and thought I would bring this to your attention as something to think about. ******** I have been using GenWeb lookups within the county sites for years. In the past year (it seems), many of the volunteers have given up, changed their email addresses, and disappeared. Many, many of my email requests are bouncing back. A suggestion: Have each web manager ask visitors who experience bounced-back emails forward them to the web manager. In this way they are flagged to be checked and possibly eliminated from the site.
