Hello WVGenWeb CCs, Once again I want to thank each of you that has taken the time to reply to my request. It is appreciated. I feel that it is important to get state co-sponsors for this amendment so that the bylaws can be followed as written. I still need to hear from at least three more CCs at least so that I can then follow the proper procedure. There are some who believe that SCs do not follow the rules as rogue SCs do not feel the rules apply to them. I hope that no CC ever gets that opinion of me. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
