    3. Hello Les, I'm someone who felt I do not know enough to make a decision whether I support or do not support the WV sponsored amendment - hence the reason of no response to your e-mail. And my reason is - I have nothing to compare it to or compare it to an existing amendment law, or rule. Other organizations which I belong to - when update their by-laws, include both old and new so decisions can be made by voting members. It then easily reflects the changes. Or if it an entirely new idea - reasons for and reason some may oppose the issue. As well as the example - why the amendment is now of importance. Still in the dark, . . . sorry, Perhaps a link???
