    3. ---------- Les, Thank you! You certainly have my support (from two counties) for the proposed ---------- changed amendments. Please forgive me for questioning. But I worked a DAR By Laws Committee, which the chapter hadn't been updated in 40 years. According to Robert's Rule of Order, we read the old, followed by the new before the membership. And it was a required procedure for two separate meetings. Bored the membership to death! Took us 3 years to update the entire By Laws for the chapter. Ugh. . . And I realize the importance of your WV representation. There isn't any reason when the articles are presented that "all voting members" can decide Yea or Nay! Cheers! The responsibilities of the Advisory Board shall include: addressing any problem issues as they arise, aiding the state projects upon request, overseeing elections, advising and mediating, if necessary, any grievances or appeals, and appointing a Webmaster to maintain the national website.
