    3. Hi Julia, From what I have read, he feels that our current bylaws violate some Federal laws. I do not know if anyone else has looked at the page where the copyright dot gov link takes a person. There are many links there and I would hate to think that each USGenWeb volunteer would be required to know all the information on all the pages that those links lead to. To reference the entire government copyright page is a bad choice in my opinion. I believe that each of us knows that we cannot use copyrighted material without written permission. I trust the judgement of each of the WVGenWeb CCs to know and do what it right and if there is something that there is a question about, to seek advice from others. At one time there were many questions of this type on various lists but over the years it seems that most people learned what was acceptable and what was not.
