I recently started a Cemetery Fund for a local cemetery. I applied for my Tax ID number. I filled out my paper work with the correct spelling . When I received my paper work back, it had the incorrect spelling. <G> I then went to my bank to set up the fund. I decided to obtain checks with TERRY CEMETERY written on them. When I received my checks a few weeks later, they had: TERRY CEMETARY. <G> So, it is not just WVian's that spell it this way! <G> Becky ----- Original Message ----- From: <Arupe@aol.com> To: <WVFAYETT-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Sunday, August 12, 2001 2:08 PM Subject: Re: [WVFAYETT] Robert Ingram > To you, and all other searchers: > > Take it from an old genealogist and WVian, there is no A in cemetery !!!!! > > Go, tell it on the mountain, there are only Es in that blessed word. > > Alice > > > ==== WVFAYETT Mailing List ==== > > > > ============================== > Create a FREE family website at MyFamily.com! > http://www.myfamily.com/banner.asp?ID=RWLIST2 > > ==== WVFAYETT Mailing List ==== ============================== Create a FREE family website at MyFamily.com! http://www.myfamily.com/banner.asp?ID=RWLIST2Get more from the Web.
