According to an article posted on www.news.BBC.co.uk earlier today, it is my understanding that there will be a special "totally unprecedented" Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace in London on Thursday, September 13 at 11:30 BST (6:30 Eastern Daylight Time) at which time the U. S. National Anthem will be played. Would someone with satellite or cable TV who receives the BBC channel, a VCR and a blank cassette please record this for me if it is televised?
