Hello, all: I received a spam from Ancestry.com, try to sell their 1920 census index. They make this claim about the census images: "Imagine the thrill of reading first-hand personal information about your ancestors, often in their own handwriting!" I always thought only the census taker wrote the information on the pages, so unless your ancestor was the census taker, you are not looking at your ancestor's handwriting. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks! June
