Charles Sims, the son of James Sims and Elizabeth Darlington; James the son of Martin Sims; and Martin the son of James Sims and Phebe. 2. Elizabeth Dorsey Sims, wife of William Sims Jr.; William Jr. the son of William Sr. and Elizabeth; William Sr. was the son of James Sims and Phebe. To: Becky <[email protected]> who asked about a "Stephen Sims who married Mary Jane Coleman in Fayette County 1883. Mary Jane lived on the Opossum Creek Rd and Graydon Rd." Two children listed with parents "Steve & M.I. Sims" and "Steven & Mary Sims" died in 1887 and 1888. If you find out who Stephen/Steven/Steve's parents are I'd appreciate hearing from you. Sims child died Sept. 8, 1886, Parents were William and A. Sims. Sims child, Mar, 29, 1887, at age 1 day. Parents, Steve & M.I. Sims. James Sims, died Feb.29, 1888 of unknown illness, at age 1 day.
