I would like to thank everyone who wrote with their stories of Ancestry problems and their advise on how to solve my problem. If you remember I had subscribed to the 1920 census on Ancestry, but after finding out that the census was not indexed I requested my money back. My request was denied. I posted this problem to all the lists that I belong to so that other buyers would be aware of what could happen. I was very pleased to get an email from a gentleman at Ancestry who belongs to the Roane County list. He promised to look into the matter and try to solve the problem. Well he did exactly what he promised, my credit card was not charged. He also followed up on his email several times to see if I was satisfied. I am very satisfied with the outcome of this problem, although I would say that this problem should never have reached this level. I would like to thank Jake Gehring for his assistance.
