Hi, Sandy: I don't know why I didn't think of it before, but there were 3 Hamilton's buried on the farm where I grew up at Wriston. They lived in the old log house that my grandparents moved into (and where my oldest brother was born). I'll have to give it some thought, but I can probably dredge their names out of my memory (or call my aunt who now lives on the place <G>). Any chance these Hamiltons would be in your line? When I was a girl, family used to come and visit the graves, but I don't think anyone--other than vandals (not to be confused with the Vandal family...a little genealogy humor)--have been there for years. My uncle keeps the cemetery mowed and has repaired the 3 markers several times. I also have a first cousin buried there--a son of Bill and Pauline Caudill Petry--who died at or shortly after birth, but he only had a funeral home marker that has long since been lost.
