June, I don't know about the company, but maybe you could make one yourself. Just a suggestion it the cemetery is a country-type cemetery (no sexton, no groundskeeper, no record, etc.). A long time ago my cousin made one for her aunt who died during the flu epidemic of 1918. She just made a concrete enlongated shape and then pressed small white plastic letters and numbers into in and decorated it a bit with some colored stones. She made it as a stand-up type stone, but I'm sure you could make one to fit flat into the ground. It was for a country family cemetery -- I'm sure cemeteries with offices and groundskeepers wouldn't allow this kind of marker. Neva
