Dear Lana, There are pictures of five generations of Kincaids in the Fayette County History Book (1926) Page 688. The elder lady in your unidentified photos (oval picture and she has on glasses) is Mrs Vina Kincaid, wife of Pleas Kincaid. The photo is entitled The Johnson an Kincaid Families - Five Generations. Also included in the book, which you may know, are two pages 686 and 687 entitled The Kincaid Family.
