Folks, I hate to rain on anyone's parade, nor do I wish to discourage the use of this list, but it has come to my attention that individuals are unsubscribing from this list in droves. I've also received complaints about the number of emails jamming inboxes, many of them of a more personal nature. Please, please, have a heart for those to whom your subject does not apply: Reply and forward emails addressed to one individual to that individual rather than to the list. As the list administrator, I too have been receiving these messages... nearly a hundred on a daily basis. While I have unlimited space for email in my account, there are those who do not and when their inbox fills to capacity, all other emails bounce, so it isn't a simple matter of telling these folks "just delete them." Let me add that I also receive all bounced emails to the list as well... that's well over a hundred emails to the WVFAYETT-List alone. I appreciate the fun your having and hope you will continue to use the list for what it was intended... communicating with large groups of people interested in Fayette County genealogy.
