I sent a check and ordered the original book and the second supplement on May 16, 2001. The order form states that you should expect the order in 3 - 4 weeks. I still have not received my order, nor can I get anyone at the e-mail address to respond to my e-mails. Any one have any suggestions or comments about their ordering of the reference books? Susan
